Musica Viva Australia
Musica Viva Australia is one of the world’s largest chamber music organisations, built on passion and committed to bringing inspiring music to all Australians. It presents the finest music from Australia and around the globe. Its programs include national touring, regional touring, education programs and chamber music promotion. Coffs Harbour Music Society selects one or more of its touring artists each as part of its yearly subscription program. Coffs Harbour Music Society is delighted to partner with Musica Viva Australia and grateful for the support it provides.
City of Coffs Harbour
The City of Coffs Harbour supports Coffs Harbour Music Society through its annual cultural development grants program. In 2022 and 2024 Coffs Harbour Music Society was successful in its application for cultural grants. This helped fund concerts by exceptional musicians that would otherwise not have been possible.
Piano+
Piano+ hosts the Sydney International Piano Competition. It is now one of the world’s most prestigious piano competitions and is held every four years. Coffs Harbour Music Society has engaged the winning pianist and other outstanding performers as part of its yearly subscription program.
Kawai
Coffs Harbour Music Society is proud to own a Kawai RX-7 grand piano. It is an outstanding instrument with superb tonal qualities and brilliant keyboard response. The Kawai RX-7 grand piano allows Coffs Harbour Music Society to bring outstanding pianists to the region.
